We did a phone chat first, then an in person interview. After that, they sent over an offer letter. Then came the drug test and background check. After that, it was orientation and my start date. We had some training and a plant tour, and some cross training too. Then I had to do insurance and 401K enrollment. They also issued my badge and keys, and assigned my office.
