Restaurant General Worker
It wasn't very long. They prioritize motivation and ask more questions about that than professional experience, which is insignificant. Generally, they respond within the week; for me, it was just the next day.
- Why you and not the other candidates?
responsable de salle
First, the recruiter will introduce the company. Then, they will ask you to introduce yourself so they can get to know your background better. After that, they will ask about your motivations and finally explain the onboarding and training process for the position.
- Could you describe your professional and academic background?
- What are your career aspirations?
- What are your strengths and skills?
Recruitment Manager
The hiring process was pretty smooth even though it was during the summer holidays. It took about a month. I went to their office to meet with the Recruitment Manager. After that, they told me I'd get feedback within two weeks. But a week later, I got an automated email saying my application was rejected. Even after trying to follow up multiple times, I never got any specific feedback on my application. It's a shame that HR professionals wouldn't prioritize this part of the hiring process.
- What qualities do you think are necessary for a restaurant manager?
Chef De Projet
I had 2 interviews. First, with the department head and the CIO, we talked about Data project management, organization, Azure, managing a big team, my past experiences and sharing experiences. Second, with HR, we discussed my strengths, weaknesses, and salary expectations.
- How do you handle conflicts using agile methodologies?
- How do you manage conflicts?
