It wasn't very long. They prioritize motivation and ask more questions about that than professional experience, which is insignificant. Generally, they respond within the week; for me, it was just the next day.

The hiring process was pretty smooth even though it was during the summer holidays. It took about a month. I went to their office to meet with the Recruitment Manager. After that, they told me I'd get feedback within two weeks. But a week later, I got an automated email saying my application was rejected. Even after trying to follow up multiple times, I never got any specific feedback on my application. It's a shame that HR professionals wouldn't prioritize this part of the hiring process.
