Frontend Developer
It was cold and soulless. Useless cognitive tests given that experience was already demonstrated. Video recording, I'll never do that again. They should give an opportunity to show what one can contribute in 20 minutes of shared development.

Analyst
It has been a pretty good process compared to others. I recommend it for now. I have nothing else to add. That's my review regarding my stay and others.
- The usual questions asked in any other interview.
Administrative Assistant
The interview was a group setting, with many people present. The selection process itself isn't very clear. Honestly, it's quite far, a long trip to get there, and the interview left me with more doubts than certainties.
- What is your greatest weakness?
Inspector De Fiscalizacion
The process happened in two parts on the same day. First thing in the morning, a group interview, and then a one-on-one interview to talk about salary expectations and other details like schedules, etc.
- What is your previous experience and how do you handle this environment?
- How important are the public environment and neighbors in this role?
