First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Budget.
Sales Associate
It was short and simple, they just asked the typical questions about yourself and why you wanted to switch careers. The questions are very straight forward and they will ask for an in-depth answer if they feel the need to.
- Can you share an instance where a customer treated you unfairly, yet you were still able to help them out?
Manager In Training
Got a call from the recruiter and next week we're setting up a phone interview for the advanced manager in training role. Let's see how everything goes next week. I'll keep everyone posted once I get all the details. Wish me luck!
- Why are you interested in this role?
City Manager
It was a pretty easy interview process. The questions asked were very straightforward, and nothing about it was difficult. I guess that shows how much they needed to hire people.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Manager
First, there was a recruiter call where they asked about my previous job stage and my willing salary. They also asked why I left my last job and how I would handle problems, along with my future plans.
- Can you tell me the reason you left your last position?
- What were your salary expectations?
- What are your career goals moving forward?
