The interview process was okay. They expect you to work long hours and weekends, so it seems like a short-term role. However, the interviewers were professional. It appears to be a high turnover environment, but the company culture seems decent. It's also nice that the job is remote.

After my resume and some test info was sent over by a contractor, I had a 30-minute interview. It felt like they only asked maybe 3 filler questions and I never got the sense they were actually looking to hire me. I think they already had their first choice and were just interviewing me to break up their day. Also, one of the interviewers seemed a bit tipsy.

After a phone chat, I went to Budget Dumpster's office for an in-person interview. I wasn't sure what to expect from a dumpster company, but everyone was super nice and made me feel at ease. I talked with three people I'd be working with if I got the job. The chat was straightforward and casual, and I could say what I thought without holding back. It seemed like Budget Dumpster really wanted to make sure my personality fit with the team. The whole thing took about 20 minutes but was very useful and got straight to the point.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty casual, and they seemed more interested in me as a person than my past experience, which felt positive overall. The hiring managers were really nice and made me feel welcome. It was more of a conversation, and I got to ask a lot of questions about their unique business. Seeing that many employees have been with the company for a long time also made me feel more confident about it.
