First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Buckner International.
Case Manager
I had a phone interview with two people and then a face-to-face interview with two people. The process wasn't too difficult. They asked a lot of different questions, but they mostly focused on my faith and what I'd be willing to do spiritually with my clients since it's a Christian organization.
- Would you be willing to pray for clients?
Life Skills Specialist
You can find all the interview details online. Job postings are on Buckner.org under the 'About Us' tab. Submit your resume and cover letter to HR. If they like your application, they'll call you to set up an interview with management. After you meet with management, it takes a few days to get a decision.
- Were the questions asked primarily aimed at identifying candidates who are truly passionate about their work?
Case Manager
The interview process was lengthy, involving multiple in-person interviews with different individuals. There was also some time spent on processing paperwork. While I ultimately declined the job offer, I believe it's a good place to work.
- Tell me about a situation you encountered in case management.
- Can you share some of your behavioral experiences?
Case Manager
The interview process was very smooth and easy, just be yourself and be honest. Interviews are normally nerve-wrecking but these people make you feel comfortable. Do not stress and be you and you will do just fine.
- What unique value will you contribute to Buckner?
