I had an interview with the sales manager, then a few days later interviewed with the product manager. After that, I had to take a weird personality and problem solving test that took way longer than it needed to.

I had two positive Skype interviews, one with the area manager and another directly with the general manager. They called me back to schedule an in-person meeting at their office, proposing a date with very short notice, which I couldn't make due to a work trip. I suggested several other dates, but after that, they disappeared, no longer responding to my emails or calls (ghosting)... very unprofessional behavior that makes me think I didn't miss out on anything. Company to avoid.

A consultant from Mumbai reached out about this role. We discussed my profile against the job description. Then, I had a preliminary interview with the Head of Buchi India. After that, a detailed technical interview followed with the Director (Buchi - Swiss), who would be my boss. The final interview was with the senior team at Buchi India to wrap things up.

The selection process is structured, and having strong technical chemistry knowledge is really important to get into BUCHI. It starts with an interview with the Marketing team, then you have a round with the Sales Manager, and finally the GM round, which is the last stage before discussing finance with the relevant team.
