It was a very streamlined and to the point interview round. It was a mix of behavioral and technical questions along with business acumen questions. They extended an offer the next day, which was ultimately the best interview experience.

Had 4 interviews. Got a verbal offer, and they said things would happen after the new year. There was at least one more interview scheduled after that. They offered me a start date of Monday, February 5th. Then they rescinded the offer late on the Thursday before.

The whole thing took about two weeks. I talked to the project manager a few times over email and then on the phone. After that, he wanted to move forward, so I had an on-site interview with him and three other people. It was a panel interview. The interview was pretty standard for a developer role, with lots of questions about me and how I'd approach implementing specific things. The team and culture there seemed great.

The interview process was straightforward and to the point. I had a good conversation with the hiring manager, who was very approachable and made the interview feel more relaxed. Since I'm a student, they were understanding and focused on ensuring the role aligned with my interests.
