This was a behavioral interview, and they wanted STAR method answers. They also wanted to go into technical aspects of running a project, with situational questions. Be prepared, it was a short interview, about 30 minutes, but very in-depth about your experience with waterfall, agile, and scrum methodologies.

Applied on Indeed and got a response asking to arrange a trial shift. Did a 30-minute trial the next day. It was a weird place. The manager didn’t know I was coming in for a trial and they didn’t talk to me except to tell me to go home at the end. Felt like I wasn't really being assessed and was just used for free labor. They never got back in touch.

We met at the mall and talked about the company and its recent launch in the US, their values, and what to expect. Initially, I applied for a crew position, but by the end of our chat, she thought I'd be a better fit for a Supervisor role, starting as the 2nd key for the kiosk. No drug screening was done.
