The interview process was quite straightforward. There were two interviews for the job application back in 2018. I spoke with a different interviewer for each of those times. Typically, after the second interview, you'd get to know if you were hired.
- How well do you work with others.
Server
The interview was really straightforward. They offered me a drink when I got there and I waited at a table in the back for the manager. She asked me some basic stuff, then sent another manager over to ask me more questions. After that, the first manager came back and gave me the job right away. She also told me about my start date, what uniform to wear, and other things like that.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Server Assistant
It wasn't hard at all. You just gotta apply online, then wait a day or two. Then, just go in person and tell them you want to work there and that you already applied online. They ask a couple easy things.
- Can you tell me what you know about Texas Roadhouse?
- What's your previous work experience?
- What times are you available to work?
Server
I met with the manager and we talked about my availability and the responsibilities of the role. They also went over the company's history and what they expect from me. It was a good experience overall because the manager and staff were really friendly.
- Can you describe your past experience working in the food industry?
