Simple. It was interesting. Got to know the employer. Just asked behavior questions. Then asked what location I would prefer. Then asked why I want to work for the company.

Behavioral Presentation

I was seated in a booth and had to wait a long time to be seen. During that wait, a couple of customers tried to flirt with me. Eventually, an acting manager came over and asked me why I wanted to be a waitress. I explained that I enjoy helping people, wanted a faster-paced role than a hostess, and like the restaurant business. She then got the senior manager, who inquired about my availability. He mentioned that since I'm only 18, it might be challenging to learn all the drink menu but agreed to give me a shot. He handed me a packet and told me to return the following Wednesday. As a side note, the training itself was not great. We would come in, and often be sent home because it wasn't busy enough for effective training, yet they wouldn't schedule training during busy periods. As a result, the training process dragged on.
