Internal Audit Manager
It started with an HR screening, then went into deeper interviews with the audit team, where we discussed audit methodology, risk assessment, and how to evaluate internal controls. It was a structured and technical process overall.
- How would you go about creating an annual internal audit plan using organizational risks as a basis?
Internal Control Officer
This is a skill-focused interview process with both written and oral questions. It's pretty seamless, and the interviews are of medium difficulty, mixing technical and behavioral questions. The whole thing usually takes 1-2 days, but sometimes it can stretch out to a week or even longer.
- Can you define internal control?
Sales Assistant
It was a phone call and then an in-person interview. They asked a few questions on the phone. This is for a sales assistant position. They mentioned that a lot of travelling is involved and asked if I was willing to travel.
- What is your unique selling proposition in sales?
- What motivated your decision to pursue a career in sales?
- Given the extensive travel requirements of this role, are you amenable to traveling frequently?
Mechanical Engineer
The interview process was really cool. They even covered transport costs and provided meal tickets after the interview. The tests were well-designed to assess your skills. The oral part was very interactive, and they asked questions about your area of interest.
