It started with an online interview where they gave me info about the company. I had to do a self-introduction focusing on my experience with team communication and any related experience I have. Then there was an assessment and a case presentation.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The hiring journey had 3 steps. The first round was a 45-min chat about behaviour and resume, very conversational and friendly, with a senior consultant and HR. The second round was a case study, where a case was provided a week before, and you had to present your solution in 30 min. This round is key, showing your creativity and how you connect with BTS' ethos of 'making strategy personal', not just a typical case solution. The third round was a casual chat with the head of office about your experience, interest, and to ask company questions. It was all very friendly, reflecting the firm's daily culture.
