About two and a half weeks ago from now, I was invited to interview for a second time at BTS's Portsmouth location. I took unpaid time off from my current job to attend. I made sure to show I was willing by answering emails quickly and arriving early, even though I was injured. I got a good impression of the company and was told they value their employees; I left feeling optimistic. On Thursday, I was told I'd hear back the next day, but I didn't. I waited until the following week, but still no word. I've since followed up by email and submitted an online form asking about my application status or for feedback, but I haven't received any response. My advice: if you're seeking a dependable company that provides a courtesy follow-up after an interview, BTS is not it.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a three round interview process. First, a screening interview with HR. Then, a narrative interview with another project coordinator where they asked about my background. The next day was a skills interview with hypothetical situations to see how I'd handle them, focusing on people skills. Finally, a presentation. I was given a case study three days prior to create a training plan Powerpoint for managers and the Director of Operations, and they asked questions during and after.
