Technical Behavioral Case

It was a very technical interview, requiring business experience and aptitude. It was conducted in a calm and polite manner, always seeking successful cases for each experience mentioned. They also always asked about technology and bilingual team skills for job execution.

Behavioral Case Presentation Group

I went through 4+ interviews, a mix of behavioural, case study, and panel interviews. I really enjoyed everyone I met and BTS has a great culture. It felt like I could work well with everyone and they emphasize culture fit. However, I had to prep a lot for this process, over 20 hours of research and creating decks, which felt unnecessary as I'm working full time. There was also a lot of waiting time between interviews, and it seemed like they weren't in a rush to hire, maybe just exploring the talent pool. The HR contact kept changing, which was frustrating as I didn't know who to reach out to.

Technical Presentation Behavioral

It was a terrible experience! I went through all the stages, and the whole process took months. The craziest part was the presentation in the 4th stage, which the company and the Managing Director themselves rated highly. After that, I was told I'd passed and just had to chat with Head Office. But when I got there, the person seemed unaware of my visit and didn't know what to ask. The chat ended after 5 minutes. A week later, at midnight, I got an email stating my presentation wasn't good enough and I was rejected. I'd advise staying away from this company!!
