So, similar to other contract companies, first I had a chat with a recruiter. It was basically to check if my skills and experience were a good match, and for me to bring up anything that might not have been clear on my resume. Then, there was a technical interview, which was more focused on the actual job I applied for, to test my technical skills and help them figure out the best role for me. Everyone I talked to was really nice and easy to get along with.

It was a really pleasant and efficient interview process, very respectful and straightforward. They didn't waste time with unnecessary whiteboard exercises or tricky riddles. Their focus was more on your personal projects and acquired skills rather than your specific background. Since the role demands a high capacity for quickly learning new concepts and technologies, this interview style made a lot of sense. Honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences I've had.
