It was a typical investment banking interview process with standard technical questions and background checks, just like I've experienced in other IB interviews. I spoke with multiple team members, and the process was pretty standard.

I applied through a contact on LinkedIn. I had 3 interview rounds: first a phone call with my LinkedIn contact, then a phone call with the group's COO, followed by three Zoom calls with a Managing Director and two Directors from the team. The final step was a call with HR. The whole experience was really unpleasant, especially with HR. Their strategy seems to be to just go silent and not respond to candidates who've gone through 3 interview rounds. They didn't even have the basic courtesy to send a note informing me of their decision. Plus, HR seemed completely clueless about the group's hiring plan and the interview process.

This was a very unprofessional interview experience. The interviewer was 25 minutes late and was rude and disrespectful throughout the call. They spoke down to me and lectured me for most of the time instead of asking questions, claiming people like me don't work as hard as they do. I have since accepted a better offer elsewhere and have a high level of education, so I doubt this is true and found it highly unprofessional. It gave me the impression the company culture lacks respect for women, which is just my opinion based on this experience, so I'm glad I didn't accept a position there. Hopefully, others have a better experience.
