I did my interview with Samsung folks, probably from Korea, using their own platform that's like Zoom. It was in English. I think they were worried about me leaving soon because they realized it wasn't that technical. They seemed to want someone who could do repetitive stuff with just basic tech knowledge. Honestly, it felt like they weren't looking for CS grads and even hinted I should look elsewhere.

Initially, I had a phone screen, and then they set up a Skype interview. The staff was friendly, and their benefits seemed pretty good. They were quite relaxed, which helped me not feel nervous during the interview.

A friend referred me, and I got an email to set up an interview. My first interview was for a GPS test engineer role over the phone. It was pretty easy, with some basic telecommunications questions. About two weeks later, the interviewer emailed me, saying the project was on hold but he'd forward my resume for other opportunities. A few days after that, I got another email for an interview. This one was also easy, with questions about modulation techniques, frequency bands, and the differences between cellular systems.
