First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BTAS Inc..
Program Manager
I went through a 3-step interview process which was really professional. It started with some back and forth over email, then there was a phone interview, and the last interview was with a panel.
- What is your current job knowledge?
IT Director
Two long interviews (2.5 hrs, 2 hrs) with two interviewers, mainly focused on how I'd fit in with company management. Some behavioral questions and several insight questions about the current vision/state of network services in the DOD, specifically AF. It was conversational, with one interviewer leading the discussion and the other quietly observing and taking notes during each session.
- How do you deal with challenging employees?
- What are your thoughts on the current AF vision for network operations?
Executive Program Manager
It was a really good interview process. It started with a recruiter call, then a phone screen. After that, there was a technical screen and an onsite interview. Finally, a background check was completed and an offer was extended.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Contract Manager
I applied online. Then I had a recruiter call and a phone interview. After that, they invited me for an in-person panel interview. Finally, they offered me the position.
- Can you describe a negative work experience and explain how you dealt with it?
