It was a good process with decent question levels. The process had two main parts: first, an aptitude round, followed by three interview stages (two technical and one HR). They began by discussing my resume and recent projects, asking me to explain them and then cross-questioning. Next, they presented DSA questions, requiring me to write the logic and code on paper. The second technical round followed a similar pattern, with slightly increased difficulty but still good, medium-level questions. The final HR round covered family background and general topics. Overall, it was a positive experience interviewing with Crest.

Technical Case

To get selected for BSNL as a JTO, you need to appear for an All India Exam conducted by UPSC India. The exam has two papers: General Technical and Special Technical. The syllabus is based on B.E. courses, and only Electrical, Electronics, and Computer streams of B.E., along with MCA, are eligible for the written test. There's no interview; your All India Rank is determined solely by your performance in the written exam. My advice is to really hit the core subject books from your B.E. course to nail the fundamental concepts. After that, you can check out question banks like Kanodia series or Upkar series for practice.

We started with a self-introduction and questions about my degrees. Then, we moved on to handling customers and how I would assist them with their queries. This was a face-to-face interview process, covering things like making bill payments and the booking process. They also asked about my previous work, my experience, how many months I had been at my last company, and my current location.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first two were with the regional team, and the last one was with upper management. The regional team focused on technical stuff, while the upper management talked about things like work hours, responsibilities, and how the salary is structured.
