The process was generally fast. I sent my resume via email and after a few weeks, they scheduled the interview. Upon arrival, I first spoke with HR, who explained the role and gave a general overview of the company and the specific department. The area manager then interviewed me. We talked, and I had to write an essay. I was told I'd hear back within 2 weeks, but after waiting a month and a half, they responded saying they hadn't finished. Then, after another two weeks, I received a reply that they had already hired someone else.

So the first step was this phone screen with a recruiter, and after that, I had a 1:1 with the HR generalist. They asked me stuff about my background, like my experience and education. Then, the hiring manager and the person I'd be replacing interviewed me and asked some questions specifically about the sourcing role, but it wasn't too hard.

Applied through the university website and got selected after a phone interview and onsite interview. I was given a skills test first and after passing that, I had a telephonic interview about my past work and coursework projects. Finally, I had an onsite interview where I was selected. It was pretty easy.
