First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BSI.
Director of Project Delivery
The first call was with the recruiter and was pretty chill, but it started late and was cut short because of their scheduling mess-up. We had a second conversation which was great, and they mentioned presenting me to the CEO, but then I heard nothing back. I followed up a bunch, but they ghosted me.

HR Business Partner
Went through a couple of standard interviews, but then they were radio silent for a really long time. Honestly, I had completely forgotten about the job by the time they finally got back to me with a rejection. The questions weren't anything special, it felt like they were just going through the motions.

Finance
It was a two stage interview process that took place over two weeks. Each interview had two interviewers. The first interview focused on technical capabilities and the role and its future growth. The second interview also touched on some high-level technical skills and the candidate's overall fit with the team.

Officer Development Program
The interview process had three interviews in total. There was an initial interview, a behavioral interview with a psychologist, and a final interview that was in person at HQ. Each interview was about 15-30 minutes long. Besides the interviews, there was also a psychometric and technical test.
