It was a 2 round interview. First HR screening about salary, position, and your skills. Basic HR Questions. The second round was with a Hiring Manager, pretty much resume-based. The role was stated as Supply Chain Engineer but it was for a Packaging Engineer, and they asked questions related to packaging and designing. The interviewer was comfortable to talk with, but they were unclear on what kind of person they wanted. They posted it for a new grad but later on, they said they wanted somebody with at least 3 years of experience.

I had a phone screen with HR first, then a half-day on-site interview. Because the Director of NA Logistics was busy the day I visited, I had another phone interview with him later. They made me an offer and I accepted it. I liked the team and thought the offer was fair. Unfortunately, a family medical issue arose that meant I could no longer relocate to New Bern, so I had to decline the offer. After that, they didn't pay me back for my travel expenses to New Bern like they said they would, even after I asked. Now I feel much better about not taking the job.

A couple of weeks after I applied, I got a call to schedule a virtual interview with the recruiter. The recruiter's call lasted about 2 hours. During the call, the recruiter scheduled my next interview, which was with an HRBP. This interview was much shorter, lasting only about 20 minutes. I was then told to wait for an email, and they decided not to move me forward to the third round, which was an in-person interview.
