Engineer
the interview was fast and easy. the manager actually promise you to lead projects but it’s a lie... they actually expect u to graduate with a local degree and you need to look good in order to lead projects and go for higher end meetings
- Can you describe your previous experiences?
ESD Engineer
The interview process was super smooth, and the hiring team was friendly and upfront. There were two interview rounds. The first was with the manager of the team I'd be joining, and the second was for finalizing details. It wasn't a technical interview, but more about getting to know me and seeing if I'd be a good fit for the company and if the company was a good fit for me. Overall, it was a nice and easy process.
- How do you handle managing and prioritizing multiple tasks?
Structural Engineer
The interview process involved a written test and an interview covering structural analysis and design, mainly drawing from undergraduate and postgraduate coursework. It also included questions related to civil engineering analysis and design software such as Etabs, Staad, RISA, and Adapt.
