Software Implementation Specialist
We had a chill 30 min WebEx chat which was pretty fun. Then there was an in-person interview. The whole thing moved quickly and they kept us in the loop. Before the in-person interview, they sent us a heads up with questions to prep answers for and questions they might ask us.
- What prompted you to seek out our company, and what is your motivation for wanting to join our team?
- How did you discover our organization, and what makes you interested in working with us?

This company and its interview process have left me with very mixed feelings. The interview started with Tom, who asked a barrage of extremely personal and degrading questions. I felt attacked and uncomfortable, having to justify my personal life choices to him. This part of the interview was draining and upsetting. Then, I met with the department head, which was much better. She was understanding and we had a good conversation. I left the interview feeling uncertain. I got rejected within 24 hours. It was a really turbulent experience, and honestly, I'm glad I didn't get an offer.
- Were there any job-related questions asked during the interview?
- How many personal questions were asked in total?
Technical Support Engineer
So first I spoke with the CEO, which was pretty cool. He was really chill and easy to chat with. We just talked about me and he seemed genuinely interested. Then, two managers jumped in. They were super nice and outgoing too. They hit me with the usual stuff like asking about leadership, tough times I've dealt with, and why I'm the best fit.
- Can you share an instance where you overcame a challenge?
- Tell me about a time you showed leadership.
- Why do you think you're a good candidate for this role?
Training Consultant
The interview process was unique in that candidates were emailed a list of questions that required essays and critical thinking to respond. The interview itself was very laid back and personal. This company seems to really care about the people who work for them and will put forward the diligence to hire the right person.
