First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bryn Mawr Trust.
Wealth Management Intern
It was a really straightforward interview process. There were 2 rounds: one with HR and then another with the manager. All the questions asked were behavioral, and you didn't really need to know a lot about the industry. I heard back about the result roughly 2 weeks later.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strength?
Accountant
The staff was really nice. They were honest about the job's workload and environment. They mentioned the team is tight-knit and works well together. The hiring process involved two interviews.
- Is mandatory overtime acceptable to you?
Intern
I was contacted through email and phone, then an in-person interview was scheduled. The HR person was really helpful and easy to work with. The interview itself was pretty chill and laid-back. The interviewer seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and asked straightforward questions. No pressure or anything.
- Could you share some experiences from your major that are relevant to this role?
Extern
The conversation was very open, casual and relaxed. They were as happy to answer questions as they were to answer them. There were no trick questions, they just wanted to see that their culture would match with mine.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join our company?
