First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BryceTech.
Chief Engineer
I had a panel interview with three people. It was a very discussion-based interview where they really just wanted to get to know me. This was way better than some companies that stick strictly to the STAR method. It felt relaxed and friendly, which helped me open up and talk like I was just chatting with friends.
- Can you tell us about your past experiences?
Flow Team Member
The interview process was super smooth. I did a lot of research before applying and found most of the info I found online to be accurate, and I really liked the team. Since it's an entry-level role, the experience was pretty much what I expected.
- Describe a situation where you had to manage multiple tasks in a busy setting.
Space Program Analyst
The whole thing was over the phone. I had a phone screen and then two more phone interviews with the leads at Bryce and then one with them and the client. It was pretty easy. You really needed to know your stuff though, since the questions were super specific to the program and the tech they support. It was pretty conversational overall. HR was really upfront about everything the whole time.
- How familiar are you with NASA programs and the technology development lifecycle?
- Can you explain your understanding of government acquisition?
Intern
Had a quick 30 min video call with 2 people from the company. It was a mix of questions about my strengths and competencies. We also had some time at the end to chat about questions I had for them.
- In what ways would my peers describe me and what are my weaknesses?
- How do you think I would fit into this role?
- What is your understanding of what this role is about?
