It was a panel interview with about 4-5 people. They asked questions one by one. I also had time to ask them questions at the end. It felt a bit daunting at first if you're not used to panel interviews.

The interview was conducted over Zoom and was a positive experience. The interviewers were pleasant and seemed like good colleagues. There were technical questions about specific coding languages and tools like SQL Server, PowerBI, and Python, but they weren't overly difficult for an analyst.

Had a quick phone interview with the NICU manager, mostly to get acquainted and arrange a formal interview. The in-person interview was with the manager, assistant manager, and a charge RN from the floor. After about 10-15 minutes of interviewing, they gave me a tour of the unit and at the end asked if I wanted to work there.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a patient/family.
