Their application process is not really in line with EU law. i.e. you have to fill out whether you are "miss or mrs" (why is my marital status relevant to work there??). They also make you fill out your current salary (ILLEGAL to ask) rather than just your salary expectations. And then you need to record your voice, which is I guess allowed but just very weird. They should really reconsider their European hiring practises, both on the legal and cultural side.

The interview process involved an initial chat via Google Meet, where cameras were optional. If successful, the next step was an interview with the client, typically on Zoom. The company was very professional, and if you didn't make it through the first interview, they often suggested you to other clients. For me, the toughest part was just getting through the application.

This interview experience was unprofessional and disorganized. The recruiter reached out to me to apply, but then they didn't show up for the interview that THEY set up. I tried to follow up, but they ghosted me. They had a lot of demands and a strict set of rules. Candidates couldn't cancel or reschedule, yet the recruiters wouldn't even show up. The fact that they emailed me before at 8PM suggests these recruiters are overworked or lack boundaries. I wouldn't recommend applying to this company.

My interview process with BruntWork was really smooth from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and I got feedback on the results pretty quickly, which I really appreciated. What made the biggest difference for me was how comfortable I felt during the interview.
