First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brunello Cucinelli USA.
Client Advisor
It wasn't a quick process. It took a few months of interviews. We used a headhunter and had three separate interviews. Everyone was professional but there was no sense of urgency. I'm a big fan of the brand, but I was underwhelmed by the hiring process.
- What draws you to Brunello Cucinelli as a career path?
Operations Manager
This is a family-owned business where that atmosphere is still evident. They are very strict and do not offer hybrid work arrangements. It felt like work/life balance was not a priority. I would consider this role a stepping stone rather than expecting significant growth opportunities.
- Can you describe your career path?
Sales Associate
The interview process was pretty quick. The interviewer was super organized and knew their stuff. They gave a clear rundown of the company, its products, and its goals. The questions were easy and direct. The management team was really professional and gave me space to talk about myself and what I can do for them. It was a good experience overall. But, no follow-up for over 2 months about whether I got the job or not.
- Would you be comfortable selling to both male and female customers?
- What sales strategy skills do you consider your strongest?
- Are you able to take on extra duties beyond just sales?
Receptionist
A phone call happened first, about fifteen minutes. Then we agreed to meet at the company for an interview. Three recruiters were there. Lots of questions, and an oral test in English.
- Could you describe your personality using three adjectives?
- Tell me about yourself in English.
- How do you handle visitors in a reception area?
