First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bruce.
Research Assistant
I had questions about my background and research experience. They asked what I would do in case of trouble and what my go-to sequence is to solve an issue. Also asked about my long term goals, technical or business, and based on my answer where I want to be in a few years.
- How do you approach solving a problem?
- What steps do you take when you encounter an issue?
- Could you describe your typical problem-solving process?
Recruitment Specialist
The hiring process had three parts. First, a phone call happened to check my availability and the kind of job I was looking for. Then, a recruiter did a first video interview with me, and after that, a manager did a second interview.
- Have you previously worked in recruitment?
Receptionist
You apply online on many platforms, then download the Bruce app and register. Add your supporting documents. If your profile looks good, you'll have a call with an advisor, then you need to make a video presentation on the app. The last step is the 3rd interview.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Tell us about yourself.
Recruitment Officer
The recruitment process can vary based on the role and availability, but it generally looks like this: Questions via video on the app, HR interview, Manager interview, and a final interview with the CEO/President (to be confirmed).
- Tell me about your experiences.
- Why are you the right fit for this role?
- What are your motivations?
