Sous Chef
It was a very simple and straightforward process. I had an interview with the chef and owners, and I also had to do a practical work interview so they could see if I could catch up and how I work.
- Could you introduce yourself and walk me through your experience over the years?
Hostess
The interview process was easy and quick. They were kind and wanted to get to know you as a person. They asked questions about availability and experience, and it was a quick process. They sat us down at a booth, and it was sometimes hard to hear.
- What is your availability to work?
Server
The whole interview thing was super great, way better than I thought it'd be. As soon as I got there, everyone was so nice and made me feel really comfortable. The person interviewing me was easy to talk to, and we just chatted. The questions they asked made sense and got straight to the point, so I could really show what I know and what I've done. I liked that it felt professional but still chill and conversational. All in all, it was a solid but nice experience and I got a really good vibe about the company.
- Can you describe a time when a customer wasn't happy with their food?
Hostess
