It was an easy process, but honestly a waste of time because they're offering really low salaries. It's a joke to expect someone with 10 years of construction leadership experience to work for under $80k a year.

Overall a good process with many good questions asked and answered. The interview was very helpful and informative about the hazardous site and what to expect. I would recommend bringing a good attitude to this interview, because that is what you will receive.

The interview process was great, they were very personable. It wasn't too long and they explained the role's duties and responsibilities in detail. They also mentioned there would be other interviewers and informed me about a second interview. I was then called back for a second interview, after which they made me an offer.
