The hiring process involved four interviews spread over several weeks, which I was informed was unusual. It began with an initial phone interview, followed by three Zoom interviews. I had the opportunity to meet several of my potential future colleagues, as well as some administrators and managers. The first interview was a one-on-one with Khevna, and the subsequent interviews were panel-style, with questions coming from everyone involved.

First interview was a phone call. Second interview was in person at their downtown office. The phone interview was mostly about why you want to work there. The in-person interview was with the COO and the Director you'd be working under. They were trying to get a feel for who you are, basically if clients would like you and if you would bring something positive to the firm and the clients, which seemed more important than actual experience.

I was contacted by the Employee Relations Specialist after applying online. She did a brief phone interview and then I was sent three on-line tests (Caliper, SkillCheck and DiSC) which I completed. I followed up with the ERS requesting feedback but did not receive a response. Found it very rude and unprofessional!
