I interviewed with two ladies. They seemed nice. I had the experience they were looking for. The interview felt rushed. The next day, I got the rejection letter. Companies should provide feedback to applicants who spend their time interviewing with them, explaining why they are being rejected. I feel I was rejected because of my age and attractiveness.

I was emailed 2 assessment tests before anyone spoke with me. The first assessment was 2 pages of adjectives asking you to select words that people would use to describe you and words you’d use to describe yourself. I was then emailed a 2nd assessment test which was predominantly in-depth math analysis questions. It was a timed test, and you had 20 minutes to complete 50 questions. The assessment tests did not work correctly online. The answers I selected would not record, and the test did not “time” me at all as instructed. I immediately reported this to my company contact via email. None whatsoever. as an HR professional, don’t waste your time with this group.

The interview process involved several phone calls, including reminders and questions. It started with a phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting with two members of management or higher. They were looking for candidates who are genuinely compassionate, healthy, genuine, detailed, and reliable. If you have these qualities and are dedicated to being professional and energetic with a smile on your face, even when dealing with personal issues, you'll be a good fit. The pay is good for the area, and the benefits are decent compared to other local companies.

Behavioral Presentation

The Advocator Group reached out to me on LinkedIn. I got a text to confirm my interview. It was nice when I got there. I chatted with some people about the company before the main interview. I felt good talking to the interviewers. They asked long questions about what I'd do in different scenarios. I was nervous but answered fast. Just try your best and show you want to help people! After, I had to write a summary on a laptop, which took about 20 minutes and wasn't hard.
