This interview was about 1 hour and 30 minutes long with a team member, then 30 minutes with a manager. They were cool about doing it over the phone when the video call wouldn't work. It was mostly behavioral questions, but they threw in two quick technical questions. Knowing object-oriented data structures would be helpful.

Behavioral Technical

After finishing the phone interview, I met with two groups of people a couple months later. It was very behavioral focused, with some easy technical questions. The initial phone interview was all behavioral. The in-office interview was basically a review of my resume and past jobs. They seemed to be checking if I was a good fit for the company.

Behavioral Technical

You'll have a lot of behavioral questions and you'll need to back up what you wrote on your resume. They might ask an occasional technical question, but they rarely do. They just want to make sure you're a good culture fit. I had a phone screen, then a Skype interview with two VPs.
