Operations
Started with a phone screen w/ a recruiter, then had a video call w/ 3 people from the hiring team. Next, I went in person for a full day of meetings with 5 people. Finally, I got the offer.
- Can you share an example of a time you faced challenges?
Operations
The whole experience was smooth, easy, and fast. The hiring manager and the other interviewers were punctual. There weren't a lot of technical questions. Everyone I spoke to, besides the hiring manager, was nice and welcoming. It was a good process overall. Getting onboarded was also fast.
- Can you share an instance where you had a difficult relationship with a colleague?
Operations
I met with three managers for about 30 minutes each. The chat was mainly about my past work and how I deal with pressure or hectic times. They made me an offer the next day, and I started working there two weeks later.
- Tell me about how you handle stressful situations.
- What is one weakness you have?
