The interview process has two parts. The first part is with HR and focuses on soft skills like how you deal with challenges, manage your time, and collaborate in teams. The second part is with someone from the team you're applying to. They'll ask you to 'take me through your resume' and then follow up with some technical questions based on what's on your resume.

After I sent my cv and filled out the form, an HR person called me for a quick chat about when I could start and which department I was interested in. Then, I received an email with a link to a page where I had to record my answers to some behavioral questions. About one to two weeks later, I had a Skype interview with two people from different departments. Part of this interview was in English to check my language skills. Most of the questions were also behavioral. I heard back about a week later.
