The interview process was pretty standard and straightforward. I had two separate interview visits. During the first visit, I met with two of the senior managers individually. For the second visit, I met with three more senior managers, again, all individually. The interviews felt very repetitive, as each manager asked me the same questions, just phrased differently. Each interview session lasted between 30 to 45 minutes. I was informed that the hiring process is lengthy and can be overwhelming due to the company's desire to find the 'perfect fit,' as they've noted that employees in this role haven't stayed for more than three years (which makes me wonder why). After the second interview, it took them a week and a half to schedule a third interview. By that time, I had already accepted another offer and couldn't wait for their slow response. This job also offers very limited opportunities for advancement within the company, so if that's something you're looking for, be cautious.

I interviewed at BBH twice for two different jobs because I liked that they're privately held and make decisions without the stock market's influence. The first job seemed too junior for me, and it took 3 weeks to hear I didn't get it. Then, they asked if I'd be interested in another job in a different department. I interviewed with two Sr. Managers and thought I aced it, but two weeks later, I was turned down. I was sure I'd get this second job and was shocked I didn't get an offer. BBH says they got rid of their 'old boy' network, but it's still there. They also claim to be diverse, but there's very little diversity. I'm done with this company.

The whole process took about six weeks, and after three in-person interviews over a month, I was extended an offer. However, they rescinded the offer 48 hours after I accepted verbally and in writing, and after I had already started onboarding, given notice, and turned down other jobs. Their reason was that an internal candidate applied last minute and they decided to go with them. I was pretty shocked and disappointed because I had been in the process for six weeks, and they pulled the offer back to give it to an internal person. Super unprofessional and just not right. Be careful with this company, they aren't trustworthy.
