First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brown Brothers Harriman.
Client Service Representative
I talked to the Recruiter I'd spoken with before. She suggested I check the job listings again, then passed me to another recruiter. We had two interviews total. First, a one-on-one phone call with HR. Then, an in-person interview in BOS. The company was really good about the interview process and made it all pretty smooth.

Client Service Representative
I applied online. The first thing was a phone screening with HR, which lasted about 40 minutes. I got to ask a lot of questions about the job. After that, I had an interview over Microsoft Teams. This one was around 45 minutes long. I heard back about the result just 10 minutes after it finished.

HR first called me for a screening and then I went in for a face-to-face interview. The person interviewing me was unprofessional and asked irrelevant questions. It was a long interview, and the experience wasn't great overall.
