I applied through a staffing agency and was contacted by two managers from the Loans team. The interview started with a review of my background and its relevance to the position. Then, we discussed the daily responsibilities of the role, such as booking trades and cash management. We also had a general conversation about the company's history, why one might choose to work at Brown Brothers, and the overall office culture. The managers seemed friendly and were looking for someone who is a serious team player. It took about three weeks after the interview to get a decision via the agency. Following that, I had to undergo a drug test, fingerprinting, and have my picture taken for a building ID.
