The process was straightforward and the people were very nice. It was a short, formal interview with two managers that lasted half an hour. They gave a quick summary of the role and what they expect from a candidate. Then they asked if I had any questions. It's important to research the company and come prepared.

Behavioral Presentation

It was an internal standard interview. HR did a quick phone call to go over the role before setting up the main interviews with the hiring department. All the interviews with the hiring department happened in one round. The first panel had the supervisor and a client service manager. The second panel was with another manager from the department. Both felt pretty informal but gave a lot of good info on what the day-to-day of the role would be like. Overall, it was a good experience.
