I applied online and then had to complete a lengthy application through a company link, which took over an hour. About two days later, a store manager from another location called me for a face-to-face interview. A week after that, I had the interview, which was relaxed but professional. The store manager said I'd hear from the District Manager (DM) for the next interview. A week later, I interviewed with the DM, also face-to-face, relaxed yet professional. The DM explained the next step would be a phone interview with the Regional Vice President (RVP). A few days later, the DM confirmed the RVP interview time. The RVP called, and we spoke for about an hour. This interview was professional with in-depth questions about my retail and management background. At the end, the RVP outlined the next steps: the RVP and DM would discuss our conversation, and I'd hear back from the DM that night or the next day. Within a few hours, the DM called to offer me the job!

The managing partner for the location reached out to me on LinkedIn about returning to manage their seasonal store for another year. I replied that I was interested and we scheduled a phone interview. She rescheduled twice last minute. After the interview, I was told I'd hear back within 48 hours about a decision, as she needed to speak with the District Manager before extending an offer. It took two weeks and three messages from me before she finally extended the offer.

After filling out a detailed online application, I waited to hear back from someone in HR. Then I went in for an interview. Once I got to the store, the whole experience was very pleasant and professional. They made me feel comfortable, and they asked me questions that were relevant to the job. I was really impressed with the person who interviewed me and how she handled the interview. Overall, it was a good experience.
