First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brookside Properties.
Leasing Consultant
I went in and they looked over my resume. They said they'd call me back later. It was super fast and they barely asked me anything besides confirming what was on my resume. I felt like they didn't ask anything that really related to the job. Honestly, I don't think they really made sure I understood what I was getting into.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Leasing Consultant
I had two interviews and they both went great. I met with the property manager first and then the regional. They were both very kind and prompt follow up as well as marketing experience got me the job. I suggest practicing Ina mirror so you are guaranteed to nail the answers with a smile on your face and no sweat!
- What makes you the most suitable applicant for this position?
- Could you share your strengths and weaknesses?
- How do you perform when dealing with pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously?
Marketing
I applied online to an email and got a call a few days later to set up an interview. They asked basic questions both times and it was very easy and decently formal. Just went over situations in groups and resume history. This was with no marketing experience history besides school classes. The interviews were in person, two of them, each with multiple people with the main CEO and two other managers both females.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- How do you function as a team player?
- Do you see yourself as a leader?
Property Manager
The interview process was really good. I talked to the Regional Property Manager. She was super nice and went over everything about the job. I felt really comfortable talking to her. It was just one interview and then I got an offer. It was a really easy process and I'd totally apply again.
- Can you tell me about your experience and skills for this position?
