The interview process was easy. I was interviewed by the whole accounting team including Accounting Manager, US controller and Global Controller. I also received a production floor tour. The process only took a few hours.

I first had a screening call with HR, which was a good chat. After that, they set up an in-person interview. It was pretty packed - I met with 8 different people in 30-minute slots, making it a total of 4 hours. They also gave me a tour of the facility, which is way bigger than I thought. Saw some cool equipment and it looked like they have new products coming out, which was exciting. Everyone seemed really passionate about Brooks and the energy was infectious. They said they'd be in touch, but it's been a month and still no word. Maybe I asked for too much, or maybe my interview wasn't up to par since it was my first one in a while. Who knows?

The interview process was very smooth and took about 6 weeks from start to finish. The recruiter was super helpful and responsive, getting the first virtual interview set up within a week of first contact. The next round, which included the rest of the team and senior leadership, was the following week. Overall, it was a really positive experience, though senior leadership did throw in a couple of unexpected questions. About a week after the in-person interview, the recruiter let me know that the decision was nearly final, but they had to interview an internal candidate who had recently expressed interest. Two weeks after that update, the recruiter contacted me again to say they had decided to go with the internal candidate.

I found the job online and applied. About four months later, I got a call from a recruiter checking my interest. This was followed by a phone interview, and then I was invited for an in-person interview. During the in-person, I met with four people. Two of them were unexpected, as they weren't the people I was told I'd be interviewing with initially. I asked about the long delay in the hiring process, and they mentioned they had hired someone else who didn't work out.
