First, there was a phone screening. Then, I had a video chat with 3 directors and the head of HR where we discussed my education and interests. Finally, we took a tour of the facility and I met the team. Everyone was super friendly, and it felt like a place where I could fit right in.

I applied online in February for the internship. Around March, I was asked to set up an in-person interview. When I arrived, I was greeted by the secretary and then interviewed by four different people, with each interview lasting 30 minutes. The interviews were more conversational than formal. The people I met were very professional and nice. It was a good experience overall. I received feedback on my application within two weeks after the interview.
