I joined the Zoom meeting 3 minutes early, but was locked out and couldn't get back in until 10 minutes after it started. The interview itself was okay. They asked pretty standard questions, nothing too difficult. However, the interviewer wasn't able to provide much detail about their business plan and strategy. Overall, it felt pretty average.

It was a quick process with 3 parts. They move you up the ladder fast. The first round was easier, the second was the hardest. The last round was with the VP of Sales. He is usually the toughest but if you come prepared for him, it is a lot easier.

I interviewed for the Vertical Content Management position in January of 2023. I spoke to the Head of Content and Director of Social Media, both very cool and genuine people. I was told by the recruiter verbally that I had received the role alongside another person and then a few weeks later it was redacted. For some reason I was redirected to a new hire to continue the interview. I probably did about 5 or 6 rounds of interviews and meetings, I even did a meeting on-site, I did a test-run of working on-site, I even submitted a take-home assignment that I never received feedback on. It is now April of 2024. I received two rejection letters for two different positions I had applied for and then I got a callback. I'm starting to understand how deeply disorganized things are internally. I've tried to stay optimistic and open, especially as a woman in a male-dominated space you can't be too aggressive and you can't be radio silent. But it seems like either way, could not win. A lot of my time, energy, and money spent to land this role was a huge waste of time. With all of that said, I deserved to be communicated with at the very least, that I would not be receiving this role as I have noticed they are re-hiring for this role as of 2 weeks ago. I'm deeply disappointed in the organization and in myself for allowing it to drag this long.

The hiring team was super nice, and I had an initial screen and then interviews with two senior folks. Even though each round went well and I was told I'd move on, scheduling the next steps was a nightmare. They were really unorganized and bad at communicating about scheduling. I actually know someone who works there, and they confirmed that HR is a mess. It felt like they just kept me hanging around for way too long without a good reason.
