The interview started off with a bad vibe in the waiting room where one of the owners was being really aggressive and talking down about someone else. Then, I went upstairs for the interview and discovered that three people would be interviewing me, and two of them left partway through, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. It was chaotic; one person would ask a question, and before I could finish answering, another would jump in with a different question. They also asked for multiple copies of my resume. They asked me to rate my latte art. When I mentioned I didn't have my food handler's card but was willing to get one, one of them said condescendingly, 'it's not an option, it's a requirement.' This contradicted what was advertised on Craigslist, which said it was okay if you were still learning latte art and that getting a food handler's card was required or could be obtained after employment, showing disorganization. The lady interviewing me was nice, but I can confirm from others that the owners seemed rude and difficult, so I'm actually glad they didn't call me back.
