I spoke with someone who no longer works there. It felt more like a chat and it went well. I did some role-playing, but it wasn't too intense.

First, I took an online personality test that supposedly identifies a specific personality type for the role. Then, we discussed the test results in a group setting, which felt awkward. It became clear during the discussion that people with diverse personalities are hired, suggesting the test isn't very useful. Following that, I had a face-to-face interview.

There were two initial interviews where they asked questions about my experience and my life goals. After these, they'd decide if they wanted to move forward with me. They also wanted to know what I knew about the school, and the vibe felt very insular. Pretty much everyone I saw seemed unhappy.

I sent in my application through a popular job site and the Admissions Director reached out in about 2 days to set up an interview. My first interview was a one-on-one with him. Two days later, I was asked back to interview again and meet the Campus Director. Later that same evening, the Regional Sales Director from the corporate office gave me a call for a phone interview. It took about a week after that to get the job offer. If you're thinking about working here, make sure to do your homework! They have nice campuses, but the OKC campus isn't getting the same attention.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • On my phone interview, the Regional Sales Director said: 'I don't want to interview you, I want YOU to interview ME.'
