The interview process was long and I ended up being ghosted. First, there was a phone interview. Then, I had three more interviews on three separate occasions and at three different locations with three different advisors. Each interview was over an hour long, and I also met with a bank branch manager. I was told I was being considered, but I never even got an automated rejection email. I feel like I dodged a bullet though, as two of the advisors seemed questionable. It's clear these people have no respect for candidates, which explains why the job has been open for so long!

First, there's a phone interview to screen you. If you get through that, they'll set up an in-person interview with the manager at the branch. They'll also talk about the salary during the screening, just to make sure you're good with the pay before they move on.

I had an interview with a Senior System Admin, which lasted about an hour. It was pretty chill, and we talked about the systems, processes, and projects I've handled before. Then, I had a 30-minute chat with someone from the business side, which was also nice. We discussed some of the challenges I encountered in my past roles.
